I love this. Go fish is a very nostalgic game for me as its one me and my mum used to play alot when I was little. Not many people seem to have heard of it but always been a favourite so I love the concept of this. It is literally just like the original game but I love the tongue twister side of it, gets everyone laughing! Definitely a game that’s suitable for all ages apart from children that aren’t able to speak just yet. But you can easily enjoy this as a group of adults, can be really good fun after a few drinks. It’s really easy to understand how to play and it’s a great game for traveling with, something you can shove in your bag and when the time occurs, just whip it out and play. It’s brilliant. I absolutely love it.

This is a really fun game that will have you laughing.
I got these because we love to have game night at our house and needed something that was also kid friendly but fun for the adults. This did the trick.
There are a multitude of different tongue twisters to try to achieve and we are most often laughing by the end.
It’s a lot of fun and the deck of cards is very rugged and durable and appropriate for all ages.
Perfect family game.
And, easy to take with you on road trips or wherever.

Fun for the family to play, or just a group of kids. Based on Go Fish, but it ties in various tongue twisters. I can see why they suggest ages 8+ because of the reading, but some younger kids may be able to handle it. I also like the suggestions of different variations of the game that can be played.

This card game is Go Fish with a Twist. The instructions are quick and easy to understand. Pass out the cards, ask another player if they have a card in one of your sets (the 3 words on the side). Once you complete a set of 3 cards, say the 3 words as quickly as you can to keep the set. Some of the tongue twisters are easier to say than others, but I can tell you that they are all difficult to say while you are laughing!
This card game is great for families with young children. The only limit to the age level is their reading ability. If your child is a precocious reader and younger than 8, they can play this game. If they struggle reading, you might want to wait. It is no fun to get a set and not be able to read the tongue twister! The game is more fun than I expected it to be. We have added it to our regular rotation of card games and enjoy playing it from time to time.

I’m looking forward to giving this to my niece and nephew when they visit from Ireland next Thanksgiving. Our family loves playing games and when the kids are there, it’s nice to be able to include them in something age appropriate. I’m also anticipating my niece and nephew blowing everyone else out of the water since they have such amazing diction with their Irish accents. I kind of wish it didn’t state that they were educational on the box because that might be a turn-off for kids, but hopefully if we play together when they open them, I can distract their attention from the fact that it might be good for them!
